In 2005, on a national level, Prudential Kansas City Realty received multiple awards from Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA), the
real estate arm of Prudential Financial. PREA includes 700 companies, over 2000 offices and 64,000 sales professionals. These awards included:
- Gibraltar Award - top 50 office out of over 700 companies in the PREA network
- Spirit of Partnership Award - #1 relocation performance award
- Pinnacle Award - top ten office in units

On a local level, the Kansas and Missouri Associations of REALTORS® and the Kansas City Regional Association of

given to only one recipient in the real estate community each year. Prudential Kansas City Realty has received the following awards

- Salesperson of the Year (17) – an agent who has had an outstanding year in real estate; criterion extend beyond sales production and include contributions to associations, community service and more
- REALTOR® of the Year (4) – a broker who has achieved high success in the prior year with business accomplishments, activities and community service, as well as exhibiting high standards of professional conduct
- Sales Manager of the Year (1) - a broker who has worked as a sales manager for a minimum of nine of the last twelve months and has been successful in business, active in associations and community service and has exhibited high standards of professional conduct
